Deposites & Cancellations
Reservations
- Bookings are made based on availability. Please call to confirm.
- Early reservations are recommended so please make your online reservations early. You may email us at info@washingtonwoodlandestate.com or call us at 253-857-8877 for more information and reservations.
Deposits
- Reservations for 3 nights or more will require a 50% deposit of the entire stay.
- Visa or Mastercard will secure your reservation. First night will be charged to hold the reservation.
Refunds
Full refund available for cancellations made two weeks prior to reservation date. Cancellations made after that time will be charged in Full.
No Show
If you are a No Show you will be charged in full.
Sales Tax
Accommodation prices exclude any applicable sales tax (unless otherwise stated). If you have selected extra packages, these will be added to the total price of your booking.
General Information
Arrival Time
Check in time is between 3:00 P.M. – 6:00 P.M. (Alternate check in time may be arranged). Please note there will be a $25 late check-in fee if you arrive after 6:00 P.M. without prior arrangements.
Check Out
Check out time is 11:00 A.M.
Pet Policy
We regret that we cannot accommodate pets.
Children
We regret we cannot accommodate children under 12 yrs. old in the Manor House. Children under 12 years are allowed in the Carriage House.
If you rent the entire property, children under 12 years are allowed in all rooms.
Smoking
Smoking is NOT allowed in the Manor House or Carriage House. No smoking is allowed in the Event Venue or adjoining Portico, Gazebo or shore area. The only area smoking is allowed is around the outdoor fire pit. All smoking debris must be put in appropriate containers in the fire pit area.
Visitors
Because of insurance policies, please remember that Washington Woodland Estate guest rooms and grounds are for registered guests only.

Discounted weekly & monthly rates are available for the Carriage House.
